I have always loved food. I study it in all its forms, textures, and colours. I carefully choose for their freshness the ingredients that will become the protagonists of my dishes and combine them to preserve all their nutritional properties.
I aim to create intense emotions in the palate of our guests which will also endure in their memory so that the experience may continue.
To achieve this goal, year by year I surrounded myself with valuable professionals in this sector, in the different units that make up the catering and banqueting company I run.
